Held at Hollywood Plaza Shopping Centre in partnership with Parafield Gardens Children’s Centre and Anglicare SA, the program offers hands-on food preparation sessions where participants will learn how to prepare healthy meals for their children’s lunchboxes. The program not only focuses on healthy eating but also teaches families how to save money while still providing nutritious meals.

Participants will receive both digital and hard copies of the recipes along with a cost breakdown for each meal, ensuring they can replicate the dishes at home within their budget.
